Welcome to Mack & Elmer Salon. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Account Registration

Booking and Appointments
When you book an appointment through our Services:
- Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or SMS from us.
- Arrival Time: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling.
- Cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule appointments at least 2 hours in advance without penalty.
- No-Show Policy: If you miss your appointment without notice, we reserve the right to charge a no-show fee or restrict future bookings.
- Service Availability: Services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

Payment Terms
Payment for services can be made through various methods including cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and digital wallets. By making a payment, you agree to the following:
- Pricing: All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice.
- Payment Authorization: You authorize us to charge your payment method for the services you book.
- Refunds: Refunds are issued in accordance with our refund policy and may take 5-7 business days to process.
- Disputes: Any payment disputes must be raised within 30 days of the transaction.
- Taxes: All prices include applicable GST and other taxes unless otherwise stated.

Service Standards
We strive to provide the highest quality services. However:
- Services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.
- Results may vary based on individual hair/skin type and condition.
- We are not liable for allergic reactions. Please inform us of any allergies before services.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may compromise your safety or our standards.
- Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you're not satisfied, please inform us within 48 hours.

Intellectual Property Rights
The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by Mack & Elmer, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services without our prior written consent.

User Content and Reviews
You may post reviews, comments, photos, and other content ("User Content") through our Services. By posting User Content, you grant us:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mack & Elmer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mack & Elmer, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with:

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Patna, Bihar.
